PLM: Design - "Design Color View" Use Case
Within the Design Library "Design Color View," a user is able to see ALL ACTIVE DESIGN COLORS from ACTIVE DESIGNS.
This means, if the design is "Active" ...

And on that Active design, the design color(s) are "Active"...

A user will be able to view these Design Colors and their associated "Design [Color] Status" in the "Design Library: Design Color View":

A user has ability to filter down this library view by the "Design [Color] Status" associated with the Active Design Color on the Active Design.
To do this, a user should click the button that says filter.

Once they do that, a "Filter" bar will slide out.
A user can then select certain attributes to filter by. E.g. Design [Color] Status, Design Type, Season(s).
In below example, we are filtering by:
Design [Color] Status: In Progress, In Progress (Added at Market)
Design Type: Woven
Season: 2411, 2412
When finished with attributing on the filter, click "Apply Filter"

The system will generate a list of only design colors that fall into that filter range.

To view this list in a different order, a user can click on any of the field names at that have the arrows next to the name.
For example, if you click on "Style No" the list will populate in numerical/alphabetical order:

A user can then "export" this list to either "Excel" or "CSV" file format by selecting the button "Export" and then selecting the file type:

When system has finished generating the export, the user will get a notification (
) at the top right of the page.
When you click on the notification bell, a tab will slide out.
From there, you can access your exported file by clicking on the notification:
