PLM: Material Adoption - When to Adopt or Re-Adopt a Material

A user should Adopt or Re-Adopt a Material:

1) If that Material is used as a "DESIGN MAIN MATERIAL", the material must be adopted from PLM to Exenta before the design where it is used as a Design Main Material, is adopted.

2) If a PO needs to be issued for the material, ADOPT or RE-ADOPT the MATERIAL.

3) Once a material has gone through first round adoption, if a material is edited/ updated/ revised in PLM, RE-ADOPT the MATERIAL.
