PLM: Material Adoption - What to do if the Material Adoption "Fails"

If the Material Adoption Fails, a user will need to adjust the data in PLM so that the material can once again be marked "Ready" for adoption and then successfully adopt or re-adopt from PLM to Exenta.

If the Material you are attempting to adopt "fails" the adoption process, all users on RM/Trim Team will receive and email from Exenta with a PDF attachment.

This PDF will give users a line by line report of what caused each material at a color level to fail.

For example, on below report we can see that the "Style" (aka Material No.) failed the adoption task because of the error message "Invalid Empty Vendor," (meaning the Partner field in PLM was left blank.)
