All Printers not printing Issue with NewStore App
Symptom | Behavior:
- User calls Red Iron that the printer will not print from NewStore Associate app
- The printer devices are powered on, the indicator lights are green, and they can be printed to by other phones
- The NewStore app settings have the printers listed, but will not test print
Proper printer setup example:

Resolution Steps:
- Check below setting on the iphone:
Navigate to “settings”
à scroll down to “NewStore“à press “NewStore” to enter app settings screen
- Ensure “Local Network” is on (slider to right and green)
NOTE:
When you go into the “Add printer” in New Store for the first time and you see the message below, the user must select Allow. This is the same as turning on the slider above.
