PLM: Design Color - Removing Color(s) from a Design

As of February 15, 2024.

There will be instances when a color(s) needs to be "removed" from a design.

Technically, we will not be removing colors from designs, instead we will be "hiding" colors we do not want to see.

The way we hide design colors, is by making the design color "INACTIVE."

An "INACTIVE" design color WILL NOT adopt from PLM to Exenta.

Please follow below steps in order to make a design color "INACTIVE."

Steps:

1. Select "COLORS" section within a design.

2. Identify the color you would like to make "INACTIVE."

3. Under the column named "ACTIVE," click the toggle so that the white dot slides and the color changes from green to grey.

4. The design color is now "INACTIVE."
