The design overview “Partner” field will be utilized to capture the most up to date partner information.
This can/ should (and will most likely will) be updated throughout the development process.
By a designated “pass off date” (see calendar) this field should be updated by the PD Team with the final “ALLOCATION FACTORY.”
If changes to final “ALLOCATION FACTORY” are made to a design after PD Team passes off to Production Team, then the Production Team will update this information.
This ownership of this “Partner” field in design overview will mirror the ownership of BOM stages.

- At SMS DEVELOPMENT STAGE: PD Team
- At PRODUCTION STAGE: Production Team
